Luckily I only paid 25 cents for my copy of this from a thrift store. There were some little pieces of valuable insight here, but it's hard to read something that was meant to be listened to, especially since it was intended for a very general and perhaps young audience. It's divided into two parts - the speech and an interview with Pema. The interview is especially hard to parse. If you're someone who reads transcripts of podcasts instead of listening to them, then maybe this is for you. Otherwise, skip this one and read one of Pema's many novels instead, if you're interested in her advice.
